Details

The Great Otway National Park stretches from Torquay through to Princetown and up through the Otways hinterland towards Colac. The park features rugged coastlines, sandy beaches, rock platforms and windswept heathland. In the north, the park features tall forests, ferny gullies, magnificent waterfalls and tranquil lakes. This campsite is situated within the Great Otway National Park just a short stroll from the beach which is accessible via walking tracks. Picturesque views are obtainable only meters from this campsite looking out over the beach and surrounding landscapes. Each site is located amongst the native vegetation with native wildlife frequently visiting the area, so be sure to keep an eye out! This is a great location for snorkelling, swimming and looking through the rock pools as there is some protection from waves and strong currents by rock platforms which stretch along the beach. Caution is always advised when undertaking these activities near the ocean.
