The spectacular Grampians Peaks Trail (160km) is a challenging 13-day/12-night hiking experience through a variety of terrain in the Grampians National Park (Gariwerd).
Starting at Mt Zero in the north and heading south, the trail passes over the summit of Gar (Mt Difficult), continues through Halls Gap with hiking highlights including Redman Bluff, Mount William, Major Mitchell Plateau, Signal Peak, Mt Abrupt, Mt Sturgeon (and more!) before reaching Dunkeld in the south.
Cancellation Policy
30 days or more prior notice to the booking arrival date - 50% of the applicable fees per night.
Less than 30 days prior notice to the booking arrival date - 100% of the applicable fees per night.
Bookings cannot be transferred to another date or name.

Directions
The Grampians Peaks Trail runs from the northern point of the Grampians National Park (near Dadswells Bridge) to the southern point of the park (at Dunkeld). It is located in Western Victoria, a three-hour (260km) drive from Melbourne and a five-hour (460km) drive from Adelaide. The central Grampians is easily accessed from the villages of Halls Gap and Wartook and is a scenic day trip from the regional towns of Hamilton, Horsham, Stawell and Ararat. It is also a key destination on the internationally renowned Great Southern Touring Route.

Barigar Hike-in Campground
Campsite: 3.5m x 3.5m standard timber tent platform, suitable for a 2 person tent. Tent platforms have steel chains that can be used to secure your tent. Additional guy rope may be needed for tent vestibules or tunnel style tents. Please note, some tunnel tents with flies are too big for the standard tent pads.
Campground facilities: Enclosed communal shelter with tables and seats, non-flush toilets (toilet paper is not provided), rainwater tanks and solar powered USB charging station.

Barri Yalug Hike-in Campground
Campsites: Choose from a 3.5m x 3.5m standard timber tent platform or granite sand pad, each suitable for a 2 person tent. Timber tent platforms have steel chains that can be used to secure your tent. Additional guy rope may be needed for tent vestibules or tunnel style tents. Make sure you bring rope to connect tent peg holes to outside of the granite sand pads. 4 lengths of 1.5m is recommended. Please note, some tunnel tents with flies are too big for the standard tent pads.
Campground facilities: Open communal area with picnic tables, non-flush toilets (toilet paper is not provided), rainwater tank and solar powered USB charging station.

Bugiga Hike-in Campground
Campsite: 4m diameter round timber tent platform, suitable for a 2 person tent. A wire cable runs around the circumference of the platform. Make sure you bring rope to connect tent peg holes to outside of tent platform. 4 lengths of 1.5m is recommended.
Campground facilities: Semi-enclosed communal shelter, non-flush toilets (toilet paper is not provided) and a rainwater tank.

Bugiga Hike-in Campground - Overnight
Campsite: 4m diameter round timber tent platform, suitable for a 2 person tent. A wire cable runs around the circumference of the platform. Make sure you bring rope to connect tent peg holes to outside of tent platform. 4 lengths of 1.5m is recommended.
Campground facilities: Semi-enclosed communal shelter, non-flush toilets (toilet paper is not provided) and a rainwater tank.

Djardji-djawara Hike-in Campground
